As senior vice president of corporate business development, John Curtin is responsible for construction sales, building service sales, industrial land sales, real estate opportunities and client development.

When a person works for a company for a long period of time there are very few questions they can’t answer or issues they can’t handle. And so it is with John Curtin. John’s work in various aspects of Paul Hemmer Company over the past 30 years gives him the strengths and experiences to provide superior service to every customer.

John has been trained across the business and is experienced in leasing, property management, sales, and client development which goes a long way toward helping gain a customer’s trust. As a result, John is not single-mined or single-focused: he sees the entire picture.

This experience coupled with John’s good nature has allowed him to build many strong relationships with many clients who come back to Hemmer over and over again. The repeat business John helps to secure speaks volumes to his ability to earn respect: both Hemmer’s and his own. He puts the same level of effort into every relationship: treating everyone with respect, listening to customers, and working to meet client needs.  

John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton.
