As Vice President of Business Development, Jack Levermann is responsible for
a variety of business development activities, including build-to-suit developments
and relationship management across Hemmer’s spectrum of services. Jack’s
experience includes new developments in the office, retail and industrial markets,
as well as land development and building acquisitions, real estate sales, and
leasing.
A keen attention to detail and strong follow through have made Jack Levermann
an asset to the Hemmer team for more than 25 years. Jack joined Hemmer in
1988 as Marketing Manager, and from there expanded his duties from marketing
to business development efforts for both real estate and construction services
and as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Kentucky. His diverse
experience with all manner of projects is unique among his peers in the
construction industry.
Complex projects and intricate details do not faze Jack; rather he gravitates
toward them, making him a go-to for challenges in need of a solution. His
methodical, diligent approach allows him to work through issues with seeming
ease. Clients and co-workers alike feel comfortable with Jack, and confident
when they turn a project over to him it will be handled thoroughly and efficiently in
his meticulous, professional way.
Jack embodies the values most central to Paul Hemmer Company’s business

everybody honestly and fairly.
Jack received a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in both management and marketing from Northern Kentucky University. He is a graduate of the Notre Dame Institute for Organization Management, a six-year leadership program presented by the United States Chamber of Commerce.
