Paul Hemmer Company was selected as contractor by VanTrust Real Estate for a 541,250 sq. ft. square-foot speculative distribution center, situated on land adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Hemmer has previously worked with VanTrust on similar buildings in the Columbus and Louisville markets, and recently completed a facility on Mt. Zion Road in Boone County.

The building, called Logistics One, is located on Ted Bushelman Boulevard in Florence and was the first of two buildings constructed by Hemmer for VanTrust at CVG.  Hemmer also oversaw construction of a 264,000 sq. ft. speculative facility that was occupied by Wayfair.

The project design team included red architecture + planning and Viox and Viox.
