VanTrust River Ridge

Paul Hemmer Company oversaw the construction of a 593,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Jeffersonville for VanTrust.  The building, called Gateway 600 was constructed on a speculative basis. JRA Architects oversaw design of the building that ultimately included the interior finish for a tenant that leased the facility.  The building is located in the River Ridge Commerce Center, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, which was once the site of the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant.
