FT. MITCHELL, Ky. (May 13, 2016) ? Paul Hemmer Company is pleased to welcome David Gerhlich to the Hemmer team as superintendent. Mr. Gerhlich’s appointment will serve to meet increased needs for experienced supervision on the job site due to Hemmer’s growth in commercial and real estate development projects in the Tri-State and beyond.
Continuing Hemmer’s tradition of experienced leaders, Mr. Gehrlich brings two decades of construction management experience to his new role. He has particularly strong expertise in estimating and budget management. He most recently managed a variety of commercial projects with a focus on medical facilities as an estimator/project manager/construction manager for Solica Construction. He spent the first 10 years of his career in residential building.
As superintendent, Mr. Gehrlich will be responsible for scheduling, safety, and production control on every project he’s assigned. This includes scheduling all materials, subcontractors, and maintaining open lines of communication between the owner, the design team, and the Hemmer project team.
