  • Paul Hemmer Company is wrapping up a speculative distribution facility at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, a high-profile location along the Ohio River and excellent access to major interstate highways in the Greater Louisville area.

The building, called Gateway 600, is a 600,000 sq. ft. double-loaded distribution facility that is being built in response to increased demand in the market.

This is Paul Hemmer Company’s third project with Kansas City-based VanTrust. The two companies previously collaborated on projects in Grove City, Ohio, and the Park 536 project in Independence, Kentucky.

    What our Clients Say

"The project started and ended on the exact day that I was told, and the Hemmer Team handled the construction, planning and final inspection like real professionals."
