Groundbreaking at Brennan Investment Group’s Seward Pointe Commerce Park

We are pleased to be working with Brennan Investment Group on the construction of two speculative distribution buildings totaling over 445,000 SF combined at their Seward Pointe Commerce Park site. The Brennan Seward Pointe construction is expected to be completed in 2023.

Project In-Progress: Molto Canal Pointe A & B

The Hemmer team is making great progress at Molto Properties Canal Pointe Buildings A & B in Canal Winchester, Ohio. The combined buildings will be 825,322 SF upon completion in 2023. See more photos and videos of the progress here!
