 JOB DESCRIPTION

The Superintendent Co-Op will assist the job-site superintendent in all aspects of construction.  This includes all aspects of the project including the control of quality, schedule and safety.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Aid the superintendent in order to execute projects in a timely and safe manner.

  1. Maintain project schedules.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors as required to keep the project on track.
  3. Ensure all safety requirements are always being met.
  4. Maintain the as-built drawings and specifications;
  5. Completion of the Punch List, turnover of the project and facility manual.

 EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE

 Applicant must be pursuing a degree in construction management or compatible major.

  • Applicant must be a sophomore in college or greater.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and other office programs
  • Experience in Procore is a plus.
