JOB DESCRIPTION

 The Project Manager Co-Op is responsible for working on-site or in the office assisting the Project Manager or Field Superintendent as needed.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist with project estimating, bid review, coordination, planning and schedule

  1. Assist with customer and subcontractor communication,
  2. Assist with preparation of contracts and purchase orders,
  3. Assist with coordination of architectural and engineering services during the bidding, permitting and construction,
  4. Manage shop drawings and submittals,
  5. Assist in the turnover, preparation of the facility manual and closeout,
  6. Provide support for the Project Manager or Superintendent as needed,

 EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE

 Applicant must be pursuing a degree in construction management or compatible major.

  • Applicant must be a sophomore in college or greater.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and other office programs
  • Experience in Procore is a plus.
