Since joining Paul Hemmer Company and Building Management Partners, Cody has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, accountability, and a steadfast commitment to client success. His ability to manage complex construction projects, coordinate teams, and maintain focus under pressure has made him an invaluable part of our continued growth.

Cody brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning ground-up commercial developments, tenant improvements, and facility renovations across the Greater Cincinnati, Louisville, and Columbus markets. He has successfully led more than 60 projects, earning a reputation for his problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and disciplined communication.

Known for his approachable leadership style and ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams alike, Cody exemplifies the collaborative spirit that defines both Paul Hemmer Company and Building Management Partners.

In his new role, Cody will continue to lead project teams while taking on greater responsibility for strategic planning, operational growth, and client success across both divisions.
