Paul Hemmer Company assisted Tractor Supply Company on the establishment of approximately 23 stores, identifying alternative sites and overseeing construction in seven states including California, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In its role, Hemmer assisted with site selection, preliminary design, lease approval, construction and occupancy of the stores.
