Paul Hemmer Company was selected by Domino’s Pizza franchisee to construct a nearly 2,000 sq ft freestanding restaurant with dine in and carryout capabilities. Hemmer managed the entire process from site selection to project completion.
Paul Hemmer Company constructed a new free-standing Domino's Pizza restaurant in Batavia. The 1,500 SF single-story building features a full drive-thru window, dine-in seating, and a complete commercial kitchen with triple conveyor ovens. The contemporary exterior combines modern materials and a full-width channel letter LED-lit Domino's sign on the south-facing front elevation. The site includes 21 parking spaces, a new dumpster enclosure, and concrete curbs with ADA-compliant accessible parking and ramp access.

- New free-standing Domino's Pizza Theater build-out; wood-framed construction with pre-engineered roof trusses at 2'-0" OC; 4" poured concrete floor slab on vapor barrier over pea gravel
- Mechanically fastened 40-mil PVC roofing over two layers of 2" rigid insulation; 6"×6" scuppers and downspouts at both ends; 2×6 parapet wall at 16" OC
- Commercial kitchen with triple-stack conveyor ovens, Type II stainless steel exhaust hood (10'1½" × 3'9¾"), walk-in cooler and freezer, ware washing station, and full Domino's equipment package per franchise equipment schedule
- Dining room interior finished to Domino's Pizza Theater standards: porcelain tile flooring in multiple formats and colors, subway tile wainscot, laminate tables, brushed stainless dough-ball wall accents, chalkboard paint feature wall, and brand focal elements
