Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Construction Company built a new 3,500 SF Republic Bank branch at Florence Promenade on US 42 in Florence, Kentucky. The freestanding single-story bank was designed by KZF Design with civil engineering by Viox and Viox, and sits within a shared retail corridor adjacent to an Ace Hardware. The building features a masonry exterior combining split-face CMU, brick veneer, and precast stone banding with single-color EIFS accents and a standing seam metal roof over a wood truss system.
