Project Summary
CMH Logistics I & II, also known as Groveport Logistics Center, is a two-building speculative industrial campus totaling 488,000 square feet in Groveport, Ohio — a premier logistics hub located 12 miles southeast of downtown Columbus near Rickenbacker International Airport. Developed by Roebling Development with Paul Hemmer Company as general contractor, both buildings were completed in 2021 and subsequently sold in 2023. Building I (241) delivers 240,500 square feet with 24 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 166 car parking spaces, and 40 trailer stalls. Building II (248) provides 247,500 square feet with 25 dock doors and 163 car parking spaces. Both structures feature a precast concrete wall and structural steel frame system with a 32-foot clear height. The campus attracted tenants across food manufacturing, third-party logistics, and last-mile delivery, including MSI, Go Direct, and Lasership.
