Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company served as general contractor for Prologis Cedar Grove Shell Building #6, a 671,680 SF speculative Class A distribution facility in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The project was designed and built to Prologis's institutional distribution standards on a 2,320,166 SF site within the Cedar Grove industrial park. The facility features 40-foot minimum clear heights, 68 dock doors with full loading infrastructure, a mechanically attached TPO roof system, extensive site improvements, and LEED compliance — making it one of the largest and most feature-rich distribution projects in Paul Hemmer's portfolio.
