Paul Hemmer Company served as general contractor for Prologis's Project F-6, a large-scale speculative distribution center at 3401 Salzman Road in Monroe, Ohio. The facility was designed and constructed as a high-bay, multi-dock tilt-up concrete warehouse built to Prologis's institutional distribution standards. Architect of record was ATA Beilharz Architects of Cincinnati, with a full multi-discipline design team including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering. The project was permitted and constructed through mid to late 2018.
