Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company developed and constructed Airpark 26 North, a large-scale speculative industrial shell building located within the Airpark International business park in Hebron, Kentucky. The single-story, 147,315 SF tilt-up concrete structure was designed by KZF Design and is positioned on Lot 26 of Section 23 along Aviation Boulevard — immediately adjacent to Paul Hemmer's Airpark 25 South building — forming a complementary pair of Class A industrial facilities within Northern Kentucky's premier air cargo and logistics corridor near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Like its neighbor, the building was designed for flexible multi-tenant occupancy supporting up to three separate tenants, and includes a built-out speculative office suite ready for immediate occupancy.
