Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company completed a 30,850 SF building modification and expansion at Mazak’s South facility in Florence, Kentucky to support new production operations. The project included demolition of portions of the existing building and slab, construction of a new 67-foot-wide industrial addition, and integration with the existing manufacturing facility. The expansion added new production floor space, support offices, and mechanical infrastructure designed to accommodate future overhead crane systems and advanced manufacturing equipment.
Additionally, Hemmer completed an expansion of Mazak’s National Parts Center shipping and receiving bay totaling 7,000 sq ft.
