Project Summary

The original St. Joseph Church and Rectory buildings were constructed in the mid 1900’s. Hemmer Construction Company partnered with the Diocese of Covington and St. Joseph Church to execute a comprehensive renovation program at the active parish campus in Crescent Springs, Kentucky. The multi-phase project includes a full HVAC system replacement, foundation repairs and stormwater improvements, complete roof replacement across multiple roof types, and the addition of Noll Hall with a new elevator and restrooms to enhance accessibility. With daily Mass, school operations, and parish events continuing throughout construction, the work required precise sequencing, strict safety coordination, and constant communication to minimize disruption. The result is a structurally improved, fully modernized campus that preserves the integrity of the church while positioning it for long-term service to the community.
