Project Summary

Paul Hemmer Company completed the selective demolition and removal of the existing office component within an active warehouse facility at 6600 Port Road in Groveport, Ohio. The project included full interior demolition of the office build-out, disconnection and rerouting of utilities, structural infill of exterior openings, and exterior envelope modifications to restore the warehouse shell. Extensive coordination was required to safely remove mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems while maintaining warehouse operations. The result was a streamlined industrial footprint, reconfigured for improved warehouse functionality and future flexibility.
