Fort Mitchell, KY — Paul Hemmer Company announces the retirement of Jack Levermann following 37 years of leadership in business development, real estate, and client strategy. In advance of his transition, Levermann spent several months engaged in deliberate planning and collaboration to ensure stability and continuity for clients and internal teams.
Levermann joined the Hemmer organization in 1988 as Marketing Manager and went on to serve in a series of leadership roles including Regional Manager and Vice President of Real Estate and Business Development. Over nearly four decades, he played a central role in advancing the company’s business development, marketing, and real estate efforts across a wide range of markets, including industrial, office, retail, medical, and mixed-use development.
Throughout his career, Levermann was known for his relationship-first approach, working closely with clients on site selection, land acquisition, build-to-suit developments, renovations, and ground-up projects. His work spanned leasing, development, construction sales, and advisory services, with a consistent focus on helping clients solve problems and make informed decisions.
“Jack’s impact on Paul Hemmer Company goes far beyond any single project or title,” said Paul W. Hemmer Jr., CEO. “For 37 years, he has led with integrity, humility, and an unwavering commitment to our clients and our people. He built trust, strengthened relationships, and helped shape the culture that defines who we are today. We are deeply grateful for his many contributions and wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter.”
Levermann has also been active in the community and industry, serving as Past President of the Leadership Northern Kentucky Alumni Association and as current Chairman of BLC Communities. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Kentucky and a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and the Notre Dame Institute for Organization Management.
Reflecting on his career, Levermann said, “I’ve always believed in putting relationships first and trying to solve problems for our clients, trusting that the business would follow. My hope is that I’ve contributed, in some small way, to the culture of trust that Hemmer has built within the company and the community. It’s been a privilege to work alongside so many talented people and great clients over the years.”
