Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company delivered the design-build construction of a large speculative industrial facility located along Ted Bushelman Boulevard in the CVG Airport corridor. The project consisted of a 511,500-square-foot distribution warehouse designed to support modern logistics, storage, and high-volume distribution operations.
The building was engineered for maximum operational efficiency, featuring a 36-foot clear height warehouse, large structural bays, extensive dock infrastructure, and integrated mechanical and fire protection systems capable of supporting high-density storage. Comprehensive site development, utilities, truck courts, and parking were included to support heavy truck traffic and long-term tenant flexibility.
The completed facility provides a highly adaptable logistics asset within one of the region’s premier industrial corridors.
