Paul Hemmer Company completed the construction of a large speculative industrial distribution facility for Prologis within the Gateway International development in Hebron, Kentucky. The project delivered a 520,000-square-foot modern warehouse facility designed to support high-volume logistics, storage, and distribution operations in the rapidly growing CVG Airport industrial corridor. The building was designed to maximize operational efficiency and tenant flexibility, incorporating high-bay warehouse space, extensive dock infrastructure, and durable industrial building systems. Comprehensive site development included truck courts, parking, utilities, and landscaping to support heavy daily truck traffic and long-term operational demands. Strategically located near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, the facility provides a highly adaptable logistics platform for national and regional distribution tenants.
