Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company completed the construction of a 308,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse within the Louisville Renaissance South Business Park for developer Dermody Properties. Designed to support modern logistics and distribution operations, the facility provides flexible warehouse space capable of accommodating a variety of industrial users.
The project included full site development across an approximately 18-acre tract, transforming a previously undeveloped parcel into a modern distribution facility with integrated truck circulation, loading infrastructure, and supporting utilities. Structural steel framing, precast concrete wall systems, and a slab-on-grade warehouse floor were utilized to create a durable industrial building platform designed for long-term tenant flexibility and operational efficiency.
Strategically located within the Louisville industrial corridor, the facility provides an adaptable logistics asset supporting regional distribution and warehouse operations.
