The project consists of full site development and construction of a high-performance warehouse shell designed to support modern distribution and logistics operations. Scope includes mass grading completion, site utilities, heavy-duty pavement systems, and construction of a 40’ clear height warehouse with integrated office and support spaces. The facility is being delivered with a design-build approach across key systems, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection, ensuring flexibility for future tenants while maintaining efficiency and speed to market. The project emphasizes durability, long-term performance, and adaptability, with infrastructure in place to support multi-tenant occupancy, future expansion, and evolving logistics requirements.
