Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company delivered a new Wawa convenience store and fueling facility in Silverton, Ohio, constructed to meet the brand’s prototype standards while supporting high-volume daily customer traffic. The approximately 6,300-square-foot retail facility integrates food service, beverage stations, retail space, and operational support areas within a highly efficient layout designed for speed, convenience, and customer flow.
The project required coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fueling infrastructure systems to support both retail operations and food service functionality. Specialized areas including walk-in refrigeration and freezer systems, commercial food preparation spaces, and integrated building systems were designed to support continuous operation and customer throughput.
Constructed within a high-visibility commercial corridor, the project emphasized durability, efficient site circulation, and long-term operational performance. The completed facility delivers a modern convenience retail environment aligned with Wawa’s operational standards and customer experience expectations.
