Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Construction Company served as general contractor for a new two-story medical center facility for C.A.R.E. Oncology Hematology in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. The purpose-built outpatient oncology center was designed to support the full spectrum of hematology and oncology care delivery in a patient-centered environment. ATA Architects (Cincinnati) led architectural design, with KZF Incorporated handling structural engineering and GRW Engineers providing civil services. The building features a compact two-story layout with a heavily glazed south-facing facade, prominent canopy elements at both the north and south entries, and a formal patient arrival sequence designed to create a welcoming clinical environment. The first floor houses treatment and clinical support spaces; the second floor contains additional clinical and administrative program.
