Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company is partnering with Family Nurturing Center to transform a former medical office building into a modern, purpose-built facility that expands the organization's ability to serve children and families throughout Northern Kentucky. The project includes the adaptive reuse of an existing 12,300-square-foot medical office building and the construction of a new 5,200-square-foot, two-story addition, creating a fully renovated 17,500-square-foot community services facility.
Designed to support Family Nurturing Center's mission of strengthening families and preventing child abuse, the facility provides dedicated therapy and visitation spaces, administrative offices, training areas, and a large multipurpose room for community programming and events. The project creates a welcoming, trauma-informed environment that enhances service delivery while providing the organization with the capacity to support future growth and expanded community impact.
