Union, KY – Paul Hemmer Company recently joined The Christ Hospital Health Network, City of Union officials, and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new ambulatory outpatient center in Union, Kentucky.

Located near the intersection of U.S. 42 and Mt. Zion Road, the $16 million project will bring expanded healthcare services to one of Northern Kentucky’s fastest-growing communities. Paul Hemmer Company is proud to serve as the general contractor for the new two-story, 32,000-square-foot medical office building.

Once complete, the center will provide convenient access to primary care, cardiology, women’s health, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. By bringing these services closer to where people live and work, the facility will help meet the healthcare needs of Union and the surrounding Boone County community.

The groundbreaking ceremony marked an important milestone for The Christ Hospital Health Network as it continues to expand its presence throughout Northern Kentucky. Representatives from the health network and the City of Union gathered with members of the project team to recognize the partnerships that helped move the development forward.

Paul Hemmer Company is honored to work alongside The Christ Hospital Health Network and Champlin Architecture to deliver a facility that will have a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the community.

Construction is underway, with the outpatient center scheduled to open in fall 2027.
