Paul Hemmer Company assisted in the site selection, design and construction for one of Ace Hardware’s franchisees that wanted to open a new store in Florence, Kentucky.  Hemmer worked with the franchisee and corporate officials at Ace Hardware to evaluate the site and to design and construct a new store on a one acre site that included the store and outside garden area.  

When the owner of the franchise wanted to expand with an additional store, Paul Hemmer Company was asked to assist with the identification of potential sites.  Again, Hemmer worked with the franchisee and corporate officials at Ace Hardware to identify alternative sites before selecting a location in Hebron, Kentucky.  Hemmer oversaw the design-build process from start to finish.

To date, Hemmer has built 3 separate Ace Hardware stores in Florence, Hebron,  and Independence, KY as well as a fourth located in Rockford, IL.
