Update: Core5 Airport East Logistics Center Building 1

In mid-April wall erection started at this 770,000 square foot, 40′ clear height speculative distribution warehouse in Elsmere, KY! While we often share our finished projects, take a look at this video showing what the jobsite looks like during this stage!

Hemmer History: St. Elizabeth Physicians

January 2014: We delivered a St. Elizabeth Physicians’ family practice center in Independence, KY. This 12,400 square foot development included exam rooms, offices, and a waiting room. Since then, we are proud to have partnered with St. Elizabeth on multiple projects including a recently completed physician’s office in Dry Ridge, KY!

Dress for Success Office Expansion

Mid-Construction Visit: The Hemmer and Dress for Success teams met at the new Dress for Success office site to check on construction, walk through the layout, and snap a few photos. This project is a result of their “TransformHer” campaign to expand their organization and help more women in the Tri-State area. Learn more here!
