Project Feature: Molto Air Commerce Park

Paul Hemmer Company is working with Molto Properties to build a large speculative distribution center off South Park Road in Louisville, Kentucky. This 320,000+ square foot building was started in May and has an expected completion date in December 2020. We are excited to watch this project progress over the next few months!

Team Spotlight

Meet Eric Nagy, Project Manager with Paul Hemmer Company.

As Project Manager, Eric is responsible for the overall fiscal and administrative management of commercial and industrial construction projects. Key areas of his duties include, project estimating, subcontract negotiation, project scheduling, and cost control.

Eric has a myriad of experience from both his time with Hemmer and his previous employers. Before he joined the PHC team, Eric’s focus was in healthcare construction, completing more than 40 projects for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He has used the skills he learned in these projects and his previous residential and commercial food service experience to be a valuable addition to the Paul Hemmer team.

A day in the life of a family business with family values. At Paul Hemmer Company, we treat our team like family, which means BBQs and fun events (socially distant, of course, as of late).
Even as of late the PHC team has worked hard to instill a sense of unity during these uncertain times. Through video calls, regular team check-ins, and socially-distanced lunches when possible, the Hemmer team is determined to come out of this stronger than ever.

100 YEARS OF HEMMER

With back to school season in full swing, we wanted to look back on one of our institutional renovations for Guardian Angels Catholic Church and School. Completed in 2013, these projects included a library and bathroom renovation for the grade school.
