Project Announcement: NorthPoint Development’s West Chester Trade Center
Buildings 8 & 9
Paul Hemmer Company has been awarded and recently broke ground on NorthPoint Development’s West Chester Trade Center buildings 8 & 9. These two speculative distribution buildings will total just over 500,000 SF combined and are expected to be completed in Q2 2022. The work is just beginning, but you can see the site here!
Project Complete: Molto Litton Lane
Molto Litton Lane is a 164,000 square foot distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky. Originally this project was a speculative building, but upon getting the tenant Monoprice it transitioned to a build to suit. These photos show the progression of the project from site clearing to concrete pours to the final project. Check out this video for a full tour of the facility!
