OneNKY Center Ribbon Cutting!

Big things are happening in Northern Kentucky! The long-awaited OneNKY Center has officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony that brought together community leaders, partners, and supporters.

Paul Hemmer Company was proud to serve as the Prime Contractor on this project to construct the base shell of the building.

This new hub is more than just a building — it’s a collaborative space designed to strengthen connections, foster growth, and serve as a central gathering place for organizations across the region.

It was an exciting moment to see this vision realized and to celebrate the impact it will have on the community for years to come.

Hemmer Annual Fall Festival

One of our favorite traditions at Hemmer is our Annual Fall Festival, and this year was one for the books! Over 250 guests, including our community partners, contractors, friends, and clients joined us to celebrate.

The evening featured delicious bites from Eat Well Catering, signature cocktails crafted by Molly Wellman, and the kind of conversations and connections that make this event so special. Though it was a fall festival, the weather was warm and beautiful — the perfect backdrop for a night of laughter, gratitude, and togetherness.

We’re thankful for everyone who joined us and helped continue this wonderful Hemmer tradition. Here’s to many more!
