Concrete Pouring at OneNKY Center

Construction notice: Concrete Pouring Schedule for OneNKY Center

At Paul Hemmer Company, we pride ourselves on transparency and communication with our community. That’s why we want to provide you with a heads up about some special circumstances surrounding the construction of the OneNKY Center at Greenup Street and Roebling Way in Covington, Ky.

On Tuesday, April 9th, April 26th, and May 28th, we will be conducting concrete slab pours starting at 3 a.m. This timing is deliberate to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding community. By pouring concrete before morning rush hour traffic and the rising temperatures of the day, we aim to maintain the integrity of the construction process while being considerate of our neighbors.

We understand that early morning construction activities may cause concern, but please rest assured that this is not the new normal. These early pours are necessary to facilitate the project’s progress efficiently and effectively.

Our team is committed to mitigating any potential disturbances to the best of our ability. Jeff Guenther, superintendent at Paul Hemmer Company, has been actively engaging with residents and management of nearby complexes to address any concerns and minimize inconvenience.
