• Roofing and Insulation: Flashing for rooftop units, vents, and gas lines
• Doors and Hardware: 17 Interior Doors with commercial-grade hardware
• Glass: fixed interior glass and glass in man doors
• Overhead Doors and Dock Equipment: Drive-in doors and dock door (no leveler or seal)
• Drywall and Ceiling: Metal framing, insulation, and acoustical ceiling
• Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical
