Scope of Work:

This project involved a Tenant Improvement that included architectural features, accessibility and safety features, interior finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing features. 

  •  Life Safety Plan with clearly marked exits
  • ADA Compliance
  • New HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical systems ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. 
  • Interior Finishes include Flooring, Walls and Ceiling, Fixtures and Hardware. 

Architectural Features:

  • Structure: The office space features a modern design with site-cast tilt-up concrete wall panels for durability.
  • Ceiling and Roofing: The office area includes a reflected ceiling plan with acoustical lay-in ceiling panels, providing sound insulation and aesthetic appeal. The roof system includes necessary fire protection and mechanical elements. 
  • Interior Layout: The layout includes open office areas, break rooms, restrooms, and utility spaces. The floor plan is designed to maximize space efficiency and ensure ease of movement within the office.
