Hemmer Construction Company has officially begun construction on the Family Nurturing Center “Welcome Home” project in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. The project represents a major investment in expanding resources and services that support children and families throughout Northern Kentucky.

Located at 380 Centre View Boulevard, the project includes the adaptive reuse and expansion of an existing facility into a modern, welcoming environment designed to support Family Nurturing Center’s long-term mission. Once complete, the renovated and expanded building will feature therapy and visitation rooms, administrative offices, community gathering spaces, and a large multipurpose area to better serve the organization’s growing needs.

The project combines renovation and new construction, requiring careful coordination and phased execution to transform the existing structure into a highly functional community-focused facility. Early construction activities include demolition, site preparation, utility work, and structural modifications as the project moves into its next phases.
