Hemmer finishes space for tenant at VanTrust Grove City facility
GROVE CITY, Ohio. (October 1, 2015) ? Paul Hemmer Company (Hemmer) was selected to complete a tenant finish of 43,000 s.f. in a speculative distribution facility in Grove City, Ohio, that Hemmer recently finished constructing for VanTrust Real Estate, LLC, (VanTrust).
The project is a continuation of the building’s construction, and is the result of VanTrust securing a tenant to fill available space in a building that was developed to meet the market demand for additional distribution space in the Greater Columbus area. The site is on Southwest Boulevard in Grove City. The location and quality of the building led the tenant to lease the space that will be used for distribution and offices. Included within the premises is about 2,700 s.f. of office space that Hemmer will complete.
Construction began in July and will be completed by the end of October.

The entire distribution facility has a footprint of 226,800 s.f. and is the seventh speculative industrial building developed by VanTrust since 2012. Michael Linder and Michael Guagenti with Colliers International represent VanTrust in marketing and leasing the building.
