Hemmer’s Project Manager passes Tennessee Commercial Contractor (BC-B) exam, strengthening presence in state.

Seth Martin, Project Manager at Paul Hemmer Company recently took his Tennessee Commercial Contractor (BC-B) exam. In the state of Tennessee, a contractor’s license is required before bidding or offering a price, for projects $25,000 and up (includes materials and labor), as a General Contractor. The designation now allows Seth to act as a Qualifying Agent (QA) for Hemmer Construction Company, owning the Tennessee Contractor License.

Seth joined Hemmer in 2017 and has led the successful completion of many projects ranging in scope and size including the construction of the new St. Elizabeth Physician’s office in Hebron, KY, and a 16,000 SF warehouse expansion for IntraPac in Lawrenceburg, IN.
