Paul Hemmer Company delivered a new 11,180 square foot built-to-suit facility for LOGOMAT in Hebron, Kentucky, designed around their production needs and long-term operational efficiency. The project included full architectural, civil, and structural design services, along with permitting and all site utilities. The building features load-bearing insulated precast wall panels, 28-foot clear height structural steel, and a heavy-duty concrete slab engineered to support manufacturing equipment and crane operations.

The facility integrates a 5-ton overhead crane system with a free-standing runway, high-performance LED lighting, and a 3,000-amp electrical service sized for future expansion. Office and support spaces were built out with LVT and tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, custom millwork, and complete HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Exterior improvements included new paving, retaining walls, an enclosed dumpster area, precast canopies, and both dock and drive-in loading capabilities.
