Scope of Work:
Paul Hemmer Company has been selected to construct a new 11,180 square foot building for LOGOMAT in Hebron, KY. The project involves comprehensive design and construction services, including architectural, civil, and structural design, as well as site preparation, utilities, and interior and exterior building components.
Key Features:
- Site Utilities: Installation of all sanitary, water, gas, and electrical utilities.
- Concrete Work: Installation of unreinforced concrete slabs, footings, vapor barriers, sidewalks, and a dumpster pad.
- Structural Steel: Erection of structural steel, roof decking, and other related components.
- Roofing: Installation of a 45-mil white TPO roof with R-20 insulation.
- Interior Work: Full installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Special Features: Installation of a 5-ton crane with a free-standing runway system.
