This project involved the construction of two state-of-the-art warehouse facilities at Seward Point in Fairfield, OH. totaling 605,664 square feet. The development includes a 477,360-square-foot cross-dock warehouse and a 128,304-square-foot single-loaded warehouse.

    • Small Building: 32-foot clear height, 20 dock doors, 3 drive-in doors.
  • Design and Construction Elements:
    • Pre-cast concrete wall panels.
    • Steel framing with metal roof decking.
    • Mechanically fastened TPO roof system with a 15-year “No-Dollar-Limit” warranty.
    • Full-coverage ESFR sprinkler system supporting racking and solid pile storage.
    • Energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems to maintain a 50°F interior during winter conditions.
  • Site Infrastructure:
    • Utilities extended from the right-of-way to the buildings.
    • Fire loop and hydrants installed per code requirements.
    • Comprehensive landscaping and irrigation system.
