Columbia Sussex Corporation

Paul Hemmer Company served as construction manager for Columbia Sussex’s iconic corporate headquarters, a 9-Story 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Hemmer assisted with the site acquisition and entitlement approval for the project, which is located in the Thomas More Centre research park. The building, which has become a landmark in Northern Kentucky, overlooks I-275 and is visible throughout the Northern Kentucky region. Hemmer also oversaw the construction of The Richwood Tahoe Railroad, a 1.5-mile railroad that was constructed on site for a ½-scale steam locomotive.
