Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company completed an 11,175-square-foot tenant finish for Hardy World’s Crux RoadBoardz Graphics operation at the Airpark West development in Hebron, Kentucky. The project transformed shell space into a fully functional production and office environment tailored to the needs of a growing graphics and manufacturing operation.
The scope included architectural planning, interior construction, and the installation of core building systems to support day-to-day operations. Hemmer coordinated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection elements while delivering the interior build-out with durable finishes and integrated dock and door systems suitable for light industrial use. The completed facility provides a flexible workspace designed to support production activities alongside office and administrative functions
