Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company completed the construction of a ground-up restaurant facility based on the Culver’s Metro prototype design, delivering a high-quality dining environment focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.
The project consists of approximately 3,800 square feet and includes a full-service kitchen, dining area, and drive-thru configuration designed to support high-volume food service operations.
The building integrates brand-specific architectural elements, interior finishes, and equipment layouts that support streamlined kitchen workflows, quick service times, and a consistent customer experience. Site design and building orientation were carefully coordinated to optimize traffic flow for both drive-thru and dine-in customers.
