Project Summary
Building Management Partners, an affilliate of Paul Hemmer Company, completed an 8,530 SF tenant improvement for Dress for Success in Norwood, Ohio. The project transformed an existing commercial space into a fully outfitted nonprofit career services center, featuring a client boutique with donation sorting and checkout, a career center, kitchen and dining areas, private offices, restrooms, and a large multipurpose room divided by an operable partition wall. The scope included full demolition of the existing layout, new partition walls, custom millwork, upgraded flooring finishes, plumbing reconfiguration, full HVAC rerouting, and electrical upgrades — all designed by Casler Design Group.
