Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company served as general contractor for Ft. Mitchell Station, a two-story mixed-use commercial development at the intersection of Grandview Drive and Beechwood Road in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. The project featured a signature rotunda lobby, multi-tenant retail and restaurant space, and a complex multi-hip roof system with decorative tower elements. Designed by Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, the building combined steel moment frame structural systems with wood-framed roof construction and extensive storefront glazing throughout.
