Project Summary
Paul Hemmer Company completed the renovation of an existing commercial building into the new home of Grace Fellowship Church in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. The project transformed a former multi-tenant retail space into a modern worship and community facility, including a new auditorium, classrooms, offices, and support spaces.
The renovation required extensive demolition, structural modifications, new storefront systems, accessibility upgrades, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination to meet assembly occupancy requirements. The result is a flexible, contemporary church environment designed to serve growing congregation needs while maximizing the value of the existing structure.
