Project Summary
Griffin Industries selected Paul Hemmer Company to oversee the design and construction of a new building on its 4-acre campus in Cold Spring, Kentucky. With KZF Design as the project architect, Hemmer oversaw the design-build construction of a 57,000 sq. ft. facility that was attached to the existing corporate headquarters via an above ground walkway. The project included a 150-seat auditorium and is a certified LEED project.
